EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEWS WITH NEW MANAGERS ON CARLTON TOWN TV GETS THE PULSES RACING!

Carlton Town press officer Dean Wykes excellent interviews with both Tommy Brookbanks and Mark Harvey has left Supporters, commitee members and the clubs younger players in a positive frame of mind after both set out their hopes and aspirations on Carlton Town Tv.
The appointment of the new joint managers has received wide spread praise with the announcement getting a substantial amount of likes on the clubs twitter feed and the duo are pictured with happy Commitee members at a weekend photo shoot.
Tom Nightingale the club’s Webserver reported a 65 per cent rise in traffic to the official website and told the club that was unprecedented.
The club never officially advertised the position after they parted company with Wayne Scott by mutual consent, but Chairman Mick Garton, President Roger Smith and Executive Commitee member Mark Steggles were inundated with e mails, text messages and phone calls after the news of Wayne’s departure with people looking for the opportunity to replace Wayne.
With the job of Carlton Town manager only coming up twice in 23 years, the club feels that was probably somewhat understandable.
Bar manager Jamie Huckerby reported a very positive mood to the appointments of Brookbanks and Harvey around the Bill Stokeld Stadium and this website understands the clubs focus is not only on improving the playing squad, but beefing up the back room staff and Commitee with the Vice Chairman Paul King, Match Secretary Chris Bailey and Programme Editor Daniel Lord all standing down.
Garton has been boosted by the attitude of remaining Commitee members who are to a man delighted with the appointments and the club are hoping that during the summer, they can not only put together a team capable of competing in the top half of the table, but also attract new sponsors and Commitee members who may be able to help with both time and possible financial support.
The club has an excellent Academy set up including a full NPL Academy programme and the best under 16’s set up in their history, it should also be noted that the club have over 800 houses being built on the outskirts of the Stadium and Brookbanks and Harvey have already indicated their happiness at that and their support for the youth section going forward.
It promises to be an interesting few weeks at Stoke Lane as the club plots it’s way forward under the new management duo and we are led to believe our press team will be very busy with announcements coming thick and fast in the next few weeks !
