Chairman Mick Garton describes him as one of the clubs best ever signings and admits he would be lost without him and the facilities we have now would not be in place without the supreme effort and time Chuck has put in to ensuring the ground and the pitch came up to Unibond standard.

Has also been known to play in goal in emergencies for local Radio station Trent FM and won the title of ‘White Ninja’ after some amazing performances although some have noticed his performances dipping of late, young MSR striker John Hickling recently suggested he should stick to refereeing but noted he spends most of his time in the bar and has become an expert on the IT Box, even when his advice is unwanted.

Since taking over as Chairman in 2002, Garton has transformed the infrastructure of the club and it now boasts some of the finest facilities in local football. His achievements off the pitch have matched the manager's on it, oversaw the tie in with Porchester Lions to create Carlton Town's Junior section and set up the clubs Academy team which he managed during the first season and led to promotion. Has brought in a whole host of new sponsors which have helped transform the club from a Central Midlands outfit to a Unibond one. His most famous clip caught the historic flashpoint at Garforth Town when Tommy Brookbanks and Simon Clifford went nose to nose. Ironically the two men have since taken each others scalp on major occasions and gone on to show mutual respect for each other. While Scott continues to flick his lens and capture those all important moments in time.
