ADMISSION PRICES REDUCED AND KIDS FOR A QUID FOR BASFORD QUARTER FINAL !

As Carlton Town prepare to travel to North Ferriby this weekend, the Millers are delighted to announce that they have reduced admission prices for Wednesday’s County Cup Quarter Final v Basford United and are charging only £1 admission for kids for this fixture.

Adults prices are reduced from £10 to £8 and Concessions from £8 to £6 for this game which weather permitting is the first of 4 home fixtures in 13 days during January.

Msr Newsgroup are sponsoring the game and the Millers are hoping for a decent crowd given their lack of home games so far this season and given the admission price reduction for everyone.

With a dry spell of weather forecast, Carlton are confident the game will go ahead as the flood water subsides from the Bill Stokeld Stadium.

Work on repairs at the ground following the storm damage are set to begin next week and money raised at the William Gunn quiz night on Tuesday 23rd January will help toward this and the club will be grateful if as many people as possible can attend.

It does feel at times that the club moves from one challenge to another, but it is what it is and the reality of non league football at this level will continue to test those in charge at the club, statements put out by Corby Fc and Marske United this week bring that to the forefront of everyone’s mind.

Progress this season however has been extremely positive and the Millers are determined to keep that going and equally any support for the quiz night or take up for the Match day sponsorship packages advertised by Boatsy would be much appreciated as we move into the second half of the season.
