CLINTON MORRISON LATEST BIG NAME ANNOUNCED FOR BIG CHARITY MATCH AND LINE OF DUTY SPECIAL FOR THE AUCTION!

  1. Carlton Town are delighted to comfirm that former Crystal Palace and Republic of Ireland striker Clinton Morrison is the latest big name to comfirm for the big Charity match on Sunday 30th May organised by Boatsy.
    The event will raise money for Charity “World Game Changers”and Carlton Town Fc.
    The interest in the event has been fantastic and a big thankyou to Top Nottinghamshire DJ Sanje Beri who helped secure the now Sky Sports pundit who scored over 100 goals for Crystal Palace.
    This website understands that Boatsy has sold over £1,600 worth of raffle tickets for the event and with sales achieved by the Millers faithful, that target is close to £2,000 already.
    The auction was launched this week with the first items already attracting excellent bids with more items to come.

    The list of prizes for the raffle are incredible with the draw set to take place in the clubhouse after the game with very special guests Jonny Owen (Talksport and I Believe in Miracles) and Vicky McClure (Line of Duty and This is England) lined up to carry out the big draw.
    Personal finacicial contributions from Boatsy and Millers Chairman Mick Garton have helped secure a marquee for the event which the Millers are expecting to take delivery of shortly.
    Dj Sanje Beri will be hosting the tent with a barnstorming set after the raffle draw.
    Carlton Town managed by joint managers Tommy Brookbanks and Mark Harvey will take on a Celebrity 11 managed by Charlie McFarland with admission by a small donation on the gate and the event kindly sponsored by Gregory House 2 and the Matchball by Karl Smith Property Services.
    This website will continue to bring you updates for what promises to be one of the finest Charity events ever held at the Bill Stokeld Stadium.
  2. The gates open at 1pm for the 3pm kick off with everyone involved hoping for a good turnout.
