CLUB HOPING FOR GOOD NEWS ON BRIAN DENNETT AS NEWS OF FALL EMERGES!

While he was winning two prizes in the Carlton Town Christmas Draw, Carlton Town’s long serving Commercial Manager Brian Dennett we now understand, was in fact in hospital after a nasty fall on Tuesday.

The fall apparently caused very serious damage to Brian’s chest and he was taken to Sheffield General Hospital where he received urgent surgery on Wednesday.

Both Carlton Town Chairman Mick Garton and joint manager Tommy Brookbanks have tried to make contact, but with no luck as we go to press.

Although it is understood the surgery went well, it is reported by his daughter Claire that he is not out of the woods yet, all at the club are obviously praying he will be ok and we will report back when we have any news.
