DOGS NIGHT AND RACE EVENT COMFIRMED FOR JULY!
Following talks with Carlton Town new joint manager Tommy Brookbanks and Commercial Manager Brian Dennett, the club can confirm two July fundraisers.
On Friday 5th July, The club are at Nottingham Greyhound Stadium with admission prices via ticket vouchers reduced from £7 to £5 and with all proceeds going to club funds.
Brookbanks will be in attendance ahead of the club’s first friendly when a Carlton Town X1 visit Rainworth Miners Welfare on Saturday 6th July 3pm.
Brookbanks will have a significant number of his squad in place by then and will meet and talk to supporters and give them an update re signings and plans and will hopefully have a number of players in tow to meet supporters attending the event.

Following the second home Friendly on Saturday 13th July v Hucknall Town 3pm, an early evening race night will take place in the bar.
Admission to the game will be £5 Adults, £3 Concessions and £1 kids and this will also gain everyone free entry to the race event taking place in the Clubhouse straight after the game.
Mick and Brian are looking for sponsors for the eight races at £25 each and are hoping for a decent turnout for the game and event, given it will be the first Saturday game of the new regime, all be it a friendly.
Senior committee Man Mark Steggles (pictured) will chair the tote and either Daryl Claypole or Chairman Mick Garton will host the event.
The next fundraiser is the Speakers event with Nottinghamshire cricketers Samit Patel and Luke Fletcher on Friday 28th June with tickets priced at £40 to include a 2 course meal.

It’s certainly all go at the moment as the club looks to move forward with Brookbanks and his team 25 years after he first took over as manager in his first spell at the club which then lasted 14 years and included 5 promotions.
