DOUBLE HEADER UP NEXT FOR INJURY HIT MILLERS!

Carlton Town undertake two tough home games in the next few days, but will be up against it with a number of injuries to contend with .

It will be a body count at training joint manager Mark Harvey (pictured recently at Merthyr Town with Tommy and Chairman Mick Garton) told us after last weekends 4-1 defeat at Brighouse Town.

”We were in it right up till the death, at 2-1 down, we hit the bar and then they scored two in stoppage time, but the injuries are the biggest concern at the moment”

Games come thick and fast and Carlton will have to produce all their resolve to come through this tough period with Hanley Town the visitors on Saturday in the Fa Trophy and Grantham Town next Tuesday when Nottingham Forest’s Under 23s coach Dave Roger’s is the club’s very special guest.

Tommy and Mark are nothing but positive characters and will always try and put a smile on supporters faces, but the challenges facing them at the moment are the toughest since they joined the club three years ago.

The Millers are Hoping the positive gates will continue with over 200 for both the Ossett United and Long Eaton games at Stoke Lane in recent weeks.

kick off on Saturday is 3pm and next Tuesday is 7.45pm.
