DOUBLE SPREAD FOR MILLERS IN NON LEAGUE PAPER !

Saturday 16th October will go down as a very good day for Carlton Town, The return of Martin Ball to the first team line up, a hatrick for new boy Kieran Knight, a victory over top six rivals in a local Derby and the return of the Miller Mouse, which went down well with the Mascots and the Sponsors.

Sunday morning arrived and those who take the Non League paper will have been delighted to see pictures and Alan Murphy’s report in a centre spread on pages 30 and 31.

Carlton remain 3rd in the Northern Premier League’s Midlands Table with Halesowen still unbeaten top and Chasetown 2nd , Ilkeston are 4th just a point behind the Millers and Coleshill are 5th with Loughborough 6th and 4 points behind them.

In another positive for Carlton, they have regularly been in the bottom 2 or 3 for attendances over their years at step 4, but had another decent attendance against Loughborough of 144 and are averaging 170 so far this season which positions them at 14th in the attendance league table for the league.

The supporters club 150 Club October draw was made after the game and the results are on the Supporters website as usual, congratulations to all the winners.
