FUND RAISING UPDATE FROM MILLERS FOLLOWING RADIO NOTTINGHAM COVERAGE!

Work is ongoing to clear the £8,000 Energy Bill that The Miller’s have to clear by the end of the month and that mission has been helped by the coverage on BBC Radio Nottingham .

Donatons from Chairman Mick Garton and vice Chairman Barry North and from Russell Scanlan and Gilbert Wealth will clear 3k of the 8k amount and with Kelly Mitchell’s fund raising page (link above) now having raised over £700 of its £1,000 target, significant help is coming in for the Millers .

A unanimous donation of £250 was given to Kelly on Sunday and this website understands another donation of £250 has been received by the Millers, details to follow!

The football card recently launched by the club will pay out a cracking prize of £500 and also bank £500 for the club and again this website understands there is only a handful of teams left.

We are told this Football card will be scratched off  by the supporters Club when the next 150 club is carried out and we can’t wait !

Mitch Butch is working on an online shop where memorabilia donated by Dave Perrin along with MSRNewsgroup and Boatsy can be sold and a real effort by others at the club is being made to secure Sponsors for the forthcoming season for Carlton Town Tv to secure 2023/2024 home coverage of games and securing an away sponsor for next season given the potential high travel costs again.
