HARVEST PALE ON DRAUGHT FOR LOCAL DERBY AS LES LOOKS FORWARD TO RETURN!

Carlton Town have today announced that they will have Castle Rocks Harvest Pale on draught for the Gedling Miners Welfare game on Tuesday 30th November priced at just £3.60 a pint.

This comes on top of the news that Admission prices have been reduced for the game and that former manager Les McJannet will be the club’s special guest on Tuesday evening.

This website understands Les is really looking forward to coming down to the game and back to the stadium where he had considerable success. taking Carlton to a second place finish in the league before they lost on penalties in the playoffs to Leek Town and to 3 Senior Up Finals in his 5 years at the helm, winning two and losing one.

Les still follows the club’s fortunes and is understood to be delighted at the excellent upturn under the returning Tommy Brookbanks and Mark Harvey and has remained a close friend of Millers Chairman Mick Garton since he departed the club.

Les will speak to the Chairman for Carlton Town Tv and the club’s supporters in the Howard Mitchell Sportsbar before the game and join the sponsors Msr Newsgroup in the Brian Dennett Suite at half time before presenting the man of the match award at full time.

The game kicks off at 7.45pm and admission has been reduced to £6 Adults, £4 all concessions and £1 for Children.
