IT’S CARLTON TOWN V NOTTINGHAM FOREST IN THE SEMI FINAL AT STOKE LANE !

It’s been a week of announcements at Stoke Lane with Carlton being awarded 3 Cup Finals on Tuesday, firming up the Merthyr Town friendly on Wednesday and Tonight we have the exciting news that Carlton Town have been drawn again Nottingham Forest under 23s in the Semi Final of the Notts Senior Cup at Stoke Lane.

The match will be played on a midweek date to be agreed in April and Sponsorship packages will be announced by Boatsy in due course who has already been texting his friend Andy Reid who is the Nottingham Forest under 23s manager. The Reds made through to the Semi Final of the competition after beating Selston 4-1 on Wednesday evening in front of over 900 fans at Selston. Carlton beat Ollerton 3-2 away to reach the Semi Finals themselves in February.

In the meantime, Carlton have a massive game to look forward to on Saturday when Halesowen are the visitors to Stoke Lane 3pm. Carlton are well geared up for what could be the biggest attendance of the season with Nottinghamshire County Cricket star Luke Fletcher the club’s very special guest.
