LINDLEY’S STEP UP TO THE PLATE FOR ANOTHER YEAR FOR MILLERS!

Motor vehicle repair specialists Lindleys have stepped up to the plate for Carlton Town by renewing their sponsorship deal for another 12 months.

The deal for the next 12 months involves Front of home kit sponsorship for the 2022/2023 season and the prime advertising board as you enter the stadium from the Colwick loop road.

Lindleys will also take seats at club Speakers events and engage with the club in promotional support for the club and their company.

Lindleys are prominent in the local area with branches in Colwick and Carlton and also have a tyre specialist branch on Daleside Road.

Chairman Mick Garton and new Community and Corporate Engagement Officer ‘Mad Gav’ met with Ryan and Harry from Lindleys at Costa Coffee this week to thrash out the new deal and are delighted today to confirm the good news.

Lindleys Managing Director, Alex Lindley said “It is with great delight that we are able to confirm our long-standing commitment to Carlton Town Football Club for the 5th consecutive year. With the pandemic and the cost of living crisis hitting our local communities extremely hard, we understand how much our support is gratefully needed to grassroots football. Although times are hard, we at Lindleys Autocentres wanted to show our commitment and support to continue our long-lasting relationship with Carlton Town Football Club.

We are hugely proud to have our company on the front of the home shirt for the 2nd consecutive season & to be able to continue supporting our local community.

We hope to see you all down at Stoke Lane in the very near future!”

Millers Chairman Mick Garton told us ” Great from a personal point of view to work alongside Gav for the first time this week, he was brilliant in helping me get this over the line and a big thankyou to Alex, Dave, Ryan and Harry and the team at Lindleys for their continued support”

“I would urge Supporters, players and everyone involved with the club to reciprocate by supporting Lindleys where possible if you need new tyres, an Mot or any repairs to your vechiles, support those who support us”

The picture shows the 4 guys outside Costa, ironically a former kit sponsor of the Millers for two seasons under Les McJannet’s reign a few years ago.

The Lindleys shirt from last season was the one worn in last seasons Cup Final when the Millers beat Mansfield Town under 23s in the Nottinghamshire Senoir Cup Final at Basford United , Lindleys will be hoping the new shirt to be unveiled in due course , will help bring more of the same .
