MARK HARVEY MAKES ANNOUCEMENT OF HELP FOR DARREN GEE

Former Dunkirk manager Jonno Bell has been appointed assistant coach to Darren Gee. Mark Harvey made the announcement today and added
“Delighted to get Jonno on board. Hes been a huge help to us in the past with his knowledge of the local scene and has recently done an outstanding job at one of our local clubs dunkirk. Darren Gee speaks very highly of him in a coaching capacity so we’re sure the 2 of them will make an outstanding coaching team. Preparations for the coming season are going really well on and off the pitch and were looking forward to a positive season”

Jonno told us

”I am happy to be joining Carlton at an early stage of my coaching and management career. Circumstances meant I wasn’t able to continue as manager at Dunkirk and was therefore looking for a role which I could fit around work. Having met with Tommy, Mark and Andy it was clear to me that I would fit in within the current staff structure and it would give me an opportunity to learn from experienced managers as well as open my eyes to a level I haven’t experienced yet.
