NEW CENTRE BACK ON LOAN FOR THE MILLERS !

Carlton Town have done some remarkable things so far this season with a small squad. The injury to Lawrence Stewart was the first set back with other defenders now falling by the wayside fitness wise, Tommy and Mark have moved to strengthen the squad with an important loan signing this afternoon.

Tommy told us about the signing and explained why the timing was right to move into the loan market and bring in a new centre  back.

”Delighted to get left sided centre back Pete Dearle on board from Basford united. Pete has figured in all the games so far for Basford and is a perfect fit for is having lost Dan Brown Dean Freeman and Liam Bateman through injury. Pete comes in for 3 months and huge thanks go to all at Basford including Chris Munroe, Rudi Funk and James Jepson for helping us get this deal over the line” concluded the joint manager.
