NEW SPONSOR AND A VERY SPECIAL GUEST ON BOARD FOR SATURDAY!

Carlton Town are delighted to announce that not only do they have a cracking new first time guest speaker at Stoke Lane on Saturday as the Millers take on Hebburn as they continue their battle to beat the drop, but they have a new local sponsor who recently attended his first game and was looked after by Mad Gav.

Gav was delighted to inform the Chairman and Commercial chief Gary ‘Boatsy’ Clarke that OTTR were keen to get involved with the club and that they had agreed with him to sponsor the Hebburn clash.

OTTR are a local company at the forefront of E Mobility and their Electric Scooters will be visible at the ground on Saturday for everyone to view.

OTTR chief Dave Bothwell has made a fantastic impression on board members at informal talks and moves are afoot for him to do a full presentation to the club’s board, with a view to him joining the club’s commitee ahead of the 2023/2024 season. Supporters and committee members will have the chance to meet Dave and his family on Saturday and ask any questions they may have and have a proper look at his scooters.

Alonside that, our Saturday guest is pretty special too. British and Commonwealth Welterweight Champion Ekow Eusssman is our pre Match guest speaker thanks to our latest edition to the Carlton Town family Kelly Marie who has invited the Boxing Champion along to Stoke Lane,

Kelly herself has kindly sponsored the Match ball on Saturday and Carlton will be hoping they can finally get a home win , all be it against a team at the top end of the table.

Ekow is lined up to speak to Chairman Mick Garton and the Supporters of both clubs at 2.30pm in the Howard Mitchell Sportsbar.

Admission is £9 Adults, Concessions £7, Emergency workers and Students £5 and Children £2 and the kick off on Saturday is at 3pm.

Saturdays Programme cover is featured as the picture alongside this article and Joe Standon’s excellent latest edition, will be on sale at the turnstiles as usual on Saturday priced at just £2.
