With the loss of many of their businesses customers at the moment and some for the foreseeable future, our main sponsors Msr Newsgroup have today started to badge their vans up featuring the new services they are offering.
Msr have launched an App and despite a few technical problems early on, it is now working at a much quicker speed and indeed will soon move onto the official App Store after securing a license.
Over 200 people have already downloaded the App with a decent number being Carlton Town fans who have been ordering on a regular basis and the App is featured on the van along with the Castle Rock beer logo with Msr their official beer delivery partners.
Msr are delivering beer sold through the Castle Rock online shop on Thursdays and Fridays and through purchases on their own App Store during the rest of the week.
Customers can also order other beer, cider, wine, spirits and soft drink offerings as well as Chocolate, sweets, milk, bread, flower, jigsaw puzzles and much more.
The company as some outstanding offers on chocolate and sweets on an ongoing basis and are currently also promoting Gin and Cider with all orders on the Msr App delivered free of charge if customers locally spend £20 or more.
The biggest seller at the moment is face masks at just £1 and hand and surface sanitizer is also selling really well.
The new look van made its first deliverys today and driver Robin was a proud man indeed as he made deliverys to Sherwood, Arnold, Gedling, Woodborough village, Mapperley, Cotgrave and Keyworth.
Msr Newsgroup Managing Director and Carlton Town Chairman Mick Garton told us ” I said at the start of all this that if our survival iniatives are successful, we will continue to support and sponsor the football club and that is proving to be the case”
