PARTERNSHIP WITH JUNIORS GOING IN RIGHT DIRECTION SAYS LARDI !

Carlton Lions U14 team visit the Bill Stokeld Stadium

As part of the continuing process of strengthening the bonds between the Juniors, the Acadamy and the Seniors, the lads and family members of the Lions U14 team were guests at the home game against Lincoln Utd. After a photo session of family groups , the first half action was watched. A penalty shoot-out by the U14s took place at half time supervised by goal keepers’ coach Curtis Mc Donald with talented young keeper Toby Randall between the posts. Eventually the competition was declared a tie with Calle Keywood and Rhys Wilson sharing first place . They were presented with the first two scarves featuring our new, modern design. (Available in the shop for £8.) writes Lou Lardi.

The new sceme involves a Carlton Town Junior team coming to every Saturday game  throughout the season as the club guests.

Juniors will also be admitted to all future games if accompanied by a paying adult free of charge, as the club attempts to build Positive bridges between the two sections Of the club going forward.

A big Thankyou to Lou who looked after the party and to the under 14s along with Curtis McDonald and Toby Randall who ran the half time penalty shoot out with Toby making some decent saves in goal.
