TWO MORE DRAGON EVENTS PLANNED FOR 2019 FOLLOWING UNPRECEDENTED SUCCESS!

Carlton Town have today held talks with Dragon Owner Aunit (pictured with Millers Chairman Mick Garton at the first event) about two more events in 2019 following the success of the first two which have raised 3k for the club.
The next event will be held after the first month of next season in mid September with the final event a fantastic Christmas finale in December, which will possibly incorporate the clubs Christmas draw and possibly a quiz following a suggestion by one of supporters representatives on the board Greg Last.
One thing is for certain, the popular Sunday afternoon events in Nottingham City Centre at the iconic Dragon are certainly here to stay for the foreseeable future, bringing people from the club together, raising vital funds and giving everybody a great time in the process!
This website understands that Chairman Mick Garton is already really looking forward to doing his first Christmas Set in nearly 30 years.
Christmas is always a vital time for fundraising and with Sir Cliff set to return on Friday 29th November and the Christmas Luncheon scheduled for Friday 6th December and now the Dragon event, it seems the club are set to have a fully charged Christmas off the pitch.
Tommy Brookbanks and Mark Harvey will also be hoping Supporters have something to smile about on the pitch and more news regarding who’s going and who is expected to stay at Stoke Lane on the playing front will follow in the coming days.
Just keep watching this space !
