VERNON AND BOB JUMP IN FOR PLAYER SPONSORSHIP SUPPORT!

Local Mp Vernon Coaker has been in touch with the club this week congratulating them on the new management appointments and told Chairman Mick Garton that he was looking forward to meeting up with Tommy Brookbanks again.

Coaker also told the Chairman he will once again sponsor 2 players in the clubs kit support scheme and is set to hook up with the Chairman and Strategic Development Officer Dave Hodgson during the month of June as a follow up to discussions had between the two parties in 2018.

Commitee man Bob Sharp has also been in touch to state his delight that Jack Steggles is staying with the club and putting himself forward to sponsor the young goalkeeper, also as part of the kit support scheme.

The club will announce Sponsorship packages and Season ticket prices next week and this website can also reveal that Carlton will be taking a Carlton Town X1 to Rainworth Miners Welfare on Saturday 6th July with some Academy players expected to feature and with Academy Manager Alex Trukan expected to join the new managers in the dugout.

Brookbanks and Harvey are determined to embrace the Academy and the current under 16s side who will obviously make another age step up next season and Brookbanks has told us he had an excellent meeting with the Academy manager this week after also meeting up with representatives from the under 16’s in the last couple of weeks, a meeting he also told us was really positive.
